When is the best time to visit Disney?
The best time depends on your goals! For lighter crowds, late January through early March and mid-September are great. For holiday magic, November and December offer special events and decorations.
Do I need Genie+ or Lightning Lane?
Genie+ and Lightning Lane help you skip regular lines for popular rides. They aren’t required, but they can save you time on busy days, especially at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
How far in advance should I book my Disney vacation?
Ideally 6–12 months in advance, especially if you want the best resort choices, special offers, or dining reservations. Last-minute trips are possible too — we’ll help find the best available options.
Is transportation included?
Yes! If you’re staying at a Disney resort, transportation to all the parks (buses, boats, and monorail) is included. Magical Express airport service has been replaced, but private transfers are available.
What’s included in the Disney Dining Plan?
The Dining Plan includes a set number of meals and snacks per day. Options range from quick-service to table-service meals, with flexibility to choose what fits your family. It’s a great way to budget food costs ahead of time.
What special events can I add to my trip?
Disney offers seasonal events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, and more. These often require separate tickets, but they can be the highlight of your trip!
Can you help with dining and activity reservations?
Yes! When you book through Moments on the Move Travel, we’ll help you secure dining reservations, character meals, and special experiences as soon as they open. We’ll also guide you on which activities are must-dos for your family.
Why should I book through Moments on the Move Travel instead of doing it myself?
We track the best promotions (like Free Dining), know the resorts inside and out, and give you personalized planning tips. Plus, our services are free to you — and you’ll get our exclusive $50 destination credit.
