Terms and Conditions

• Referrals: $5 per group referral, up to $50 per trip.

• Destination Credits: Promotional credits (including $50 Destination Credit offers or their multipliers) apply to new bookings only. They are not retroactive to existing reservations.

• Minimum Booking Requirements: Must equal $2,500 in commissionable sales

• Agency Service Fees: No additional service fees are charged by Moments on the Move Travel.

• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended but not required. Failure to purchase travel insurance does not constitute a reason for a chargeback to your credit card and absolves Moments on the Move Travel of any liability.

• Passports & Legal Status: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any necessary travel documents. Clients are also responsible for knowing and complying with all laws, policies, and regulations of the destination, particularly those relating to their own personal legal status.

• Booking Changes: Changes to bookings may result in updated pricing consistent with the supplier’s current “rack rates.”

• Payments & Cancellations: All payments, deposits, and cancellation penalties are subject to the terms and conditions of the chosen travel supplier (e.g., Disney, Universal, Sandals, Beaches, cruise lines, etc.). Moments on the Move Travel acts as a booking agent and does not set these policies.

• Liability Disclaimer: Moments on the Move Travel is not responsible for acts of nature, government actions, health emergencies, supplier changes, or unforeseen travel interruptions beyond our control.
